Abstract:Objective: To collect and analyze the data of 96 patients with drug-induced liver injury, and to explore its risk factors. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 96 patients with drug-induced liver injury, the onset of analysis time relationship under different parting liver damage, compared types of drugs cause liver damage and clinical treatment and outcome, at the same time using Logistic regression analysis to screen the susceptible risk factors of the drug-induced liver injury. Results: In this study, 96 cases of drug-induced liver injury with the highest proportion of liver cell damage type (44.79%), 68.75% of patients in the medication liver injury happened in 5 to 90 days. In liver injury caused by the types of drugs, antitumor drugs (32.29%) and traditional Chinese medicine (29.17%) accounted for the largest, involving both medicines were 13 and 14 species. Effect of prognosis of 96 cases were good, the hepatic function indexes returned to normal between 18 and 90 days after drug withdrawal. By Logistic regression analysis, the age higher than 50 or more, sex for women, BMI ≥ 28kg/m2 , allergy and combined hyperlipidemia was listed as one of risk factors (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The drug-induced liver injury is common on clinic, and more for liver cell damage type, need to properly handle in time, lest causing acute liver failure. The clinical medicine will be focus on monitoring in the process of antineoplastic drugs and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of rational drug use, avoiding the happening of liver injury. For the elderly and women, higher BMI value, a history of drug allergy and three tenors disease, the doctors should focus on more.
